		Sri Burugapalli He has joined us as President of The Jewelry Channel Inc., UK. He brings excellent academic and industrial experience to the group. He has two Engineering degrees one from India and one from US besides an MBA degree from Duke University. He has worked in various leadership positions in the US and German Operations. Sri brings keen business sense, fierce cost consciousness and great supply chain experience to the group. He has also undergone Six Sigma, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing trainings during his career. Sri and his wife Neelu enjoy boating and bicycle riding along with other outdoor activities.

		Gerald Tempton Gerald joined the VGL group as the President of Liquidation Channel, USA. He brought with himself a wealth of 20 years of experience as senior Sales, Operations and Merchandising Manager at major US companies. Gerald is a Certified Multi-Unit Management Expert and Diamond and Colored Stone expert. He enjoys community service, doing volunteer work in his local community and was last serving as Vice President of his homeowner's association.

		Atul Agarwal has joined us as our Group CFO and has over 18 years of wide and vivid financial career behind him. Atul has handled IPOs, raised finance, negotiated deals with bankers among many other achievements of his career so far. All his previous employers remember him as a problem solver and as one who always like to see the upside of a situation. Companies Atul has worked with are Samtel Glass Ltd, Hitkari Industries Ltd, S M Telesys Ltd etc.

		Pushpendra Singh is our Group HR Head and has total 17 years of experience in HR. He was previously employed with companies like NTPC, Kalptaru and Reliance Communications. He has successfully implemented many Talent Acquisition, Talent Retention and Talent Management initiatives in his career. He is now set to structure and streamline various HR processes of VGL Group to help make it a Vibrant Organization.

		Nitin Dugar Nitin is associated with VGL group for over 8 years now. He joined the group at the Bangkok Unit looking after Silver factory operations and subsequently moved to Gold unit before finally relocating to USA in 2006. Currently, Working as Director of Sales, he oversees the STS Jewels' Sales and Operations functions. He is a Science graduate and an MBA from Mumbai. Prior to joining the VGL group, he has worked with the prestigious Godrej Group in Marketing function in managerial positions. Nitin loves to spend his leisure reading about American Politics, Economy, Internet surfing, cricket and cooking. A native of Mumbai, he lives with his wife Varsha at Austin, Texas.

		Praveen Tiwari He is currently heading the China & HKK operations unit of the Group. He is an MBA by qualification and joined VGL group in 1997; started his career as sales executive with the group. He has been Instrumental in turning around the group with many initiatives to his credit. His interests are rowing, hiking and poetry. He is married and has a beautiful daughter.

		Manpreet Reen She Heads our IT Function and is championing many IT initiatives. She is determined to revamp and modernize existing processes by roping in latest technologies and expertise. It is her education and experience of total 20 years in companies like Accenture, iFlex Solutions, Phoenix Solutions (now TCS), Ness Technologies, BDI System Technologies etc have given her ample opportunities to prove and polish her skills.
